CN10-01202B (ROOT + Firmware Update)

Hello from Germany,

I've ordered the CN10-01202B from Amazon today for my Car. It will deliver tomorrow.

Is there a possibility to get Root-Access? What about Firmware Updates? What is the Password to do a Factory Reset?

Hi,
it is possible to get root. The latest firmware version date is 20170927.You can check it.But normally we don't suggest our clients flash the unit if the unit works as it should,because there might be some potential risk during the flashing and in fact ,there is no big difference between difference version.I also don't suggest you do a factory reset,because it will loose some orignal apps.Any after-selling problem,you can contact here or our customer service.

that's are good news. At first i will take use of the unit like you recommended. If I'am suffering any problems I will give you a short Message.

What I have to do to get Root-Access? That's very important for me to take backups with titanium backup and do some other Root stuff .

Hi Deathclaw,
1.All our units don't support root-access.
2.you can sync the contacts with the default bluetooth app.Our unit doesn't support Google contacts app,Because our bluetooth doesn't connect to internet.
