Octa-Core-2gb-8"-Android-7.1.2 freezes

Hello, I have recently bought an Octa-Core-2gb-8"-Android-7.1.2 (MCU 5.3.19-11-12-453101-171011) on ebay, from e-coolshop2015. System (V9.2.2_20171025.000458_KED3-5) randomly freezes (the radio keeps playing) and I have to reboot it.
Is there any solution?

Unzip the rar files to the root content of one sd card and insert it into the GPS slot.Then enter settings - car settings - system update.

I have the same issue. Most of the times with the navigation software like google maps or waze. Please help us find a solution because sometimes makes it useless and dangerous to reset it on the road
