Intermittent problem with left front speaker on CN10-03304B

Sometimes I can only hear the right speaker. While enter the equalizer and play with the speaker settings the stereo is back to normal 'till the next time.
I'ts a PX3 VW Android 7.1 unit. Thx for help.

Download the files to the root content of one sd card and insert it into the GPS slot.Then enter settings - about device - system update.

Could you please provide a MCU update binary? Maybe the flash in the MCU is slightly corrupted.

O.k., forget everything about CN10-03304B. Didn't have the model nr. in front of me and compared the units wrong at your homepage. It's the AS0372BI have, the quad core PX3 device. But it still would be nice to check to reflash the MCU. The current version is MTCE_KLD_V2.73_1

Your Ebay support is ridicoulus. They tell me I may have the mcu update file but flashing it will void the warranty!?! If I'm trying to help you to bug this error out, the result will be loosing my warranty? REALLY?!?
