Normally we don't suggest our clients flash the unit if the unit works as it should.

Hello,

Unfortunately it does not work as it should anymore. I can no longer tether with my phone and can no longer pull down the taskbar. I would just like to upgrade the software so it could solve the issue hopefully.

My device does not currently function. It can boot up but will no longer work tethering to mobile and the taskbar cannot be pulled down. Can I the software for this so I can put it on a sd card and boot the Operating system firmware from that.

which ways do you connect your phone,Bluetooth or mirror link ?
About the issue of taskbar,you can check whether someplace of the top touch screen doesn't works.If yes ,you can contact the customer service to change the touch screen.

Please download the files to the root content of one sd card and insert it into the GPS slot.Then enter settings - about devcie - system update.

Only problem is that the top half of the screen is unresponsive, I took a video of it here:
