Memory save stations etc

My stereo will not remember radio stations I have the correct permanent live and acc live. Very frustrating

Bought off amazon order 202-2775356-6107529

ok thanks also the system boots ion full every time no fast boot is their a fix for this?

Hi,sorry there is no software to solve this issue.
You can consider returning it for repairing.
