Problem Auto Radio

Hallo

Ich habe einen Radio Pumpkin android 6.0,
habe ein Problem wenn das Auto abschließt das Radio geht nicht aus.

habe ein Problem mit dem Cam-Bus reagiert nicht mehr.

Ist es möglich eine neue Android 7.1-Software zu bekommen für mein Radio?

Hi,
If you can turn off the radio normally before,so you can contact the customer service on ebay to change the canbus.
Sorry it is unable to update to android 7.1.
More query,please first tell me your order number in amazon or buyer id in ebay,Pumpkin or AliExpress so that we can confirm more information about your unit and provide you positive solutions .
