Trouble using steering wheel controls with CN10-04202H-01A

I have the same problem as Bimbonn but my unit is a CN03-04101H.
I#ve ordered it at amazon.de with order-number 303-3402395-9061127.

Can I also use the mcu file you posted on your previous post?

that files doesn't suits your unit.
You can enter into the factory settings (password :3368) and set as follows and then click apply:

"Key mode 1" was already set. But I changed it to "Key mode 2". Now the up and down button on the left side of the steering wheel only take effect on the BC, not on the radio (as it should be).
Maybe I will have a try to the rest of the Key modes!

yes,the key model 2 is normal.Normally the up and down button on the left side of the steering wheel only take effect on the BC, not on the radio .And what is the problem of the unit? An video would be helpful for us to understand your issue.

However the radio CN10-04202H with the car Bimbonn has the same problem? Would you please send pictures or video to identify the problem? for the steering wheel problem,it is doesn't help to flash that mcu files ,you can contact the customer service to change the canbus.
