Hi there
Sorry for replying you late due to different working time!
You may check the following video as referrence instruction to reset the headunit.
Just short press the RST hole, and then short press the middle hole for two times, and then long press it without release until it boots to the Android menu.

Dear Customer
Sorry for replying you late due to different working time!
I have checked your video carefully, and found out that there system installed on the radio is not the firmware which comes from the radio. You can check our video, that after the boot, the screen will never display the "Andorid 4.4 Navigation System" after the FINEVEA logo. It is clearly installed wrong firmware by force. Could you please send to me what firmware did you installed into the radio? You can send me a link to check? So that I can help you analyze and give you solution.
Regards!

Hi there
After update with that firmware, the item shouldn't be like that my friend, we have tested on device, after installed the firmware, the menu is totally different than the one you show in your video. But instead, we have found out that the device installed KLD firmware will show what you have been show on your video. So it must be the firmware installed wrong. Now can you please download the firmware from the link you sent to us again, and reinstall the firmware on the radio via the recovery mode to solve this? For switching and choose in recovery mode, can you please check if you can do as the following video shows:
