I just installed the new model CN10-02308B / Pumpkin 6.95 inch Double Din Android 7.1 Universal Car Stereo/Radio/DVD Player Octa-Core with GPS Navigation bluetooth RAM:2GB + ROM:32GB.

So far the experience has been good but we have run into the following issues.

1. Phone Bluetooth pairing did not work until performing a factory reset.
2. The radio station does not properly reflect the current station when restarting the radio app or when changing station via a preset.
3. The Next / Previous radio buttons at the bottom of the screen do not cycle through presets or search for the next available station.
4. Mapping the voice and mode buttons to steering wheel controls behaves irrationally. Frequently, they take multiple clicks to register or use. Volume up / down, answer, next, and previous map without issues.

Other questions:
1. Is there a way to dim or disable the lights in the disc slot? The light in the corner shines directly into the driver's eyes and is distracting.
2. Can the station information, name, song, artist, etc be displayed in the radio app when the station is selected? It does appear to capture fragments of this information when long pressing to set the channel presets.
3. Is there an alternative radio app?
4. Can the home page widgets be swapped for different widgets? Resequenced? Modified? Themed?
5. Is there a way to resize, stretch, scale, etc content being played on the DVD player? Some videos appear distorted.
Is there a way to add a Lincoln logo?

Hi,
For your first issuse,this may be an incidence while the unit running.Hope your kind understandings.
For the second and forth issue ,sorry for my bad english,i don't understand your description well .Could you mind show me an video about your problem?
For the thirth issue,you need to long press them for a while to search for the next station.
About your questions:
1.sorry about this.You need to turn off all the panel light if you want to turn off the light in the disc slot.You can set the pannel light option as "open" in the extra settings and cut off the "ill" wire of the ISO cable.

2.Only the RDS stations can show such informations.
3.there is no alternative radio app here .
4.sorry,it can't.
5.no.Maybe you can find any video app on the internet.
6.you can put your logo image on one sd card and insert it into the unit.Then enter into the settings - extra settings - logo settings,you will find your logo.

Hi, i have EXACTLEY the same problem.

I belive it is due to the app page flip.
When the user holds down the button as the radio station he wants and then selects it. The frequency changes to the default frequency that came with the radio. This is why l think it's the page flip. As the station does physically change but the numbers go back to their original default numbers.

Ive only just received this new radio in the post yesterday and this is already annoying.
This is the most important part of the head unit as it is supposed to be a RADIO.

for the problem that the radio doesn't change the frequency ,we just get the latest firmware to solve this issue.
You can download and unzip it to the root content of one sd card and insert it into the GPS slot.Then enter settings - car settings - system update.

I've another question for you. I've buyed a 2 DIN adapter + frame for my car but your radio doesn't fit in there for the last 2-3cm. Have I to remove the external frame of the radio? (Sorry, I not have the radio here and I can't send you a photo detail at the moment. I can make all the photos you want tomorrow)
