Fast Boot & bluethoot on RQ0278E-IT, android 5.1

Hi, i have buy this unit: on Amazon on July 17 RQ0278E-IT,
intially i had a problem with te memory of the Radio station (lose memory station on Cold Reboot) i have install months ago the firmware build LMY49F (2017-06-22) found on this Forum,
after this update the unit loose the Fast boot capability (whit the precedent firwmare 9 time on 10) now Fast boot work only occasionally 1 or 2 time over 10 boot) and the bluethoot work whitout restart bluetooh on the unit 50% of the time.
is this the last Update for my unit?
what can i do for Fast boot and bluetooth issue?

Hi,
normally we don't suggest our clients flash the unit if it works as it should.
