Screen out of proportion

I purchased a Pumpkin Stereo from Ebay to fit my Golf VW but the screen is slightly out of proportion, details of the stereo are below and any help would be appriciated.

Hi,
i suggest you contact the seller.The unit we sell before is confiured with android 5.1 and 1024*600 resolution ratio.
Your unit doesn't seems to have these configure.

usually flashing the correct firmware can solve this problem.But i can not confirm your original version and screen resolution ratio. So i am unable to provide you firmware.

Ok i have the box for it which has 11-RQ0356E then a year 2016 e has the same numbers on the unit. i have measured the screen corner to corner its 8.1 inches so if i would take a guess its resolution is 1024 x 600. i confirm to you i'll try the firmware you think it might be and if its wrong ill take responsibility.

OK.Here is the firmware of android 5.1 ,1024*600 resolution ratio.

Please download the files to the root content of one sd card and insert it into the GPS slot.Then enter settings - about devcie - system update.
If after the flashing,the resolution ratio is wrong.Here is the firmware of android 5.1,800*480 resolution.

That has worked perfectly it was the firmware of android 5.1,800*480 resolution that corrected the screen, and it works really well thanks. Only problem i'm finding which didnt seem to work since i got the stereo is wifi doesnt turn on keeps switching off.
