problem elm 327 bluetooth

Hello

I've tried all configuration codes evaporation (1234.000, 5678), and to reset the factory settings, I tried on different versions of programs torque, forscan, etc., and still nothing.
torque on the phone connects to and works
torque on the radio displays the message " no response from OBD Adapter, Did you select the right device?/Reboot Android device"

if someone had a similar problem and did fix it??

Hi, as you description, maybe the OBD adapter is not compatible with our unit.
Our unit can only support to work with four digital number pair password.
Please check if you have already start your car engine when you are using the OBD adapter.

I was having the same problem with a BAFX OBD Scanner although it works perfectly with my phone on torque and forscan. Can you recommend an adapter you know works well with the pumpkin radios?
