Firmware Issues, I need an Upgrade

Hi!

I bought in Amazon.de on 2. Juli 2017 the following autoradio:

  "PUMPKIN 2GB RAM Android 5.1 Autoradio Moniceiver für VW Unstertützt GPS Navigation Bluetooth FastBoot WLAN 3G MirrorLink DAB + 8 Zoll Touchscreen ohne CD-Laufwerk"

At the beginning the system was working good, but after a few weeks some strange behaviors started to happen:

- spontaneous restarts regularly.
- GPS does not work.
- Wifi does not work.
- The fastboot does not work.

I tried to solve those problems doing Factory Reset. But the problems persisted.

Do you have a new firmware upgrade? Maybe to android 7.1? I think there is a stability problem with android 5.1.

Hi,
for the GPS issue,first please check the GPS connect get 3.3V power or not.If not,that means something wrong with the GPS module.
For the wifi issue,do you mean you can turn the wifi on? Does the USB slot works normally?

Hi Jammy,

Thanks for your response and for the new firmware.
I think I maybe explained the problems not correctly.

I mean, everything works fine, but sometimes things stop to work (GPS lose signal, wifi doesn't connect anymore, reboots...)
Thats the reason I think it's a firmware problem and not a connexion problem.

I'll upgrade the firmware and I'll check if everything has been solved.

PS: By the way do not you have another firmware with android 7.1?
the one you gave me is still 5.1.
