7"Pumpkin 1024*600 Android 5.1//power problem

Hello, at 19/10/16 i purchased a 7" Pumpkin Touch Screen 1024*600 Android 5.1 Double 2Din from ebay from pumpkin cool seller.171733157652
In the first start the device takes too long to start a program (ex. you tube). If i turn the ignition off and on it starts normally(quicker)
After a half an hour of driving the screen becomes dark and if i push main button shows at the screen power off.If i open again, same situation, dark screen freeze
Some times the 3g device doesn't start and i have to turn ignition key off and on.
camera works fine and if it starts it is ok.
Please can you help!

Regarding the problem that the screen become dark, the android board or the screen may be broken.You can contact the customer service where you bought the unit to return the unit for repair.

No it not broken.If i turn the ignition key off and turn it again on it is ok. But after some hour it stuck at black sreen

you can first try to install the new firmware.

You need to download the files on the root content of a sd card .Next,insert it into the GPS slot.Then,enter into settings---about device--system update.
