Pumpkin CN10-03303B-01B Configuration

Hi Jammy

Today i installed my new headunit CN10-03303B-01B , on my 2008 Seat Altea Freetrack and have some doubts, hope you can help me

1. Went to "Extra Settings" to change logo, but there is no Seat logo

2. On "extra settings" try'ed to find on "Model Choose" the Seat configuration but no luck either, should i choose a VW?!

3. On my steering wheel the Phone functions of Answering and ending calls are not working.

4. When i put in reverse does'nt show the car with distance bars

5. When change the ventilation or AC does'nt show either on screen.

6. Is there a new firmware?! Here it is a picture of Table Status:

sorry for the late reply.
1.you can download the logo with 1024*600 resolution ratio from internet to your sd card and inset it to the unit.Then enter logo page and you will find it.
2.normally you need not to set the model because we set it before we sent the unit out.If you want to do ,you should choose the option "VW OBD(SS)....".

6.normally we don't suggest our clients flash the unit if the unit works as it should ,or we think it is helpless to solve the problem by flashing the unit.

Everithing went well except i cant answer or end call on my steering wheel and on car settings the parking is always orange. This CAN BUS doesnt recognize those buttons, by any chance could be a Fault?!
