AS0471H-01A: Some questions

I am using Opel/Vauxhall Pumpkin Android 6.0 (AS0471H-01A) and have the following questions:

1. Is there a possibility to update to Android 7.1?
2. How can I reset the radio?
3. Can I get a better FM-Radio-App?

Hi,
please tell me your order or ebay id.Your unit should not be AS0471.AS0471 is android 7.1.
if you want to reset the unit,you can use a thin stick to click the RST hole which on the front panel .
Could you please tell me your radio issue?

principally you are right: newer ones of my radio are nowadys sold with Android 7.1

I bought mine in November 2017 and it came with 6.0 (Amazon Order-Id: 304-8026998-1951527).

The radio is very okay. Just Maps breaks down after start. I have no further navi-system, so I need Maps.

Nevertheless: I tried myself to reset the radio. Pressing the reset-Button (5 sec.) forces the radio to start, but all apps are still alive and Maps breaks again. Then I tried pressing On/Off *and* Reset - same result.

Forcing factory reset by Menu-Item asks for a password. 1617 and (m)123456 did not work.

Hope you can help me. It's just for Google Maps. No root or Update needed (if difficult).

Hi,
your unit is CN10-04202H with android 6.0.
For the google map issue,i suggest you try to download one from play store to cover the current one.

It seems, that the system got somehow "out of step" so a reset would be best.

Problems with Rdio.de-App occured today.

How do I reset?

Can I update to Android 7.1?

sorry that the unit doesn't support update to android 7.1.

Please download the files to the root content of one sd card and insert it into the GPS slot.Then enter settings -car settings - system update.
What do you mean by the problems with Rdio.de-App?

Hi,
you can use a thin stick to click the RST hole on the surface of the front panel and the unit will reset and reboot.
