Wires and software update rq0278

I have just bought this unit second hand and I love it. When I bought it. It only had the wire harness for the rear camera I was wondering if it is possible to buy the other wire eg external mic. video in etc
Was also wondering if there will be an android update for this unit it is running 5.1 I would like to see mibe 6.0 or 7

please show us some picture about your system info and the appearance of the unit so that we can confirm that your unit is RQ0278.
If yours is RQ0278,this is the accessories. If you want some of it ,you can contact the customer service to send you from China.

Looking for firmware for RQ0278E android head unit. My unit attempted to upgrade from the play store and now not booting to desktop. Stays at optimizing android.
