The solution of the problem that the radio doesn't change the frequency

Hi all ,
recently ,there are some clients suffering the problem that the radio doesn't change the frequency display though you had already change to other stations. This is a system bug.Luckily,we get the firmware to solve this problem. If model number of your unit is :
CN10-02307 CN10-02308 CN10-03303 CN10-11302 CN10-10301 CN10-03304 ,you can flash the following firmware.

Please download and unzip it(you will get four files) to the root content of one sd card and insert it into the GPS slot .Then enter settings - car settings - system update.

Please ask for help from the radio do not change the frequency.
Radio is the model AS0371B-02B, order number ID: 500003204. I bought it in January 2018. Thank you for your help.
