Hello,

I have this double din Pumpkin DVD https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00 ... UTF8&psc=1
I followed all the steps on your site to use phonelink with my galaxy s3 and s4 but the DVD stops working when i connect the phone and needs to be restarted.

Please send me the link for the latest firmware.

Hi, about the phonelink issue, you can reset the item to check, just use a sharp thin sticker to press the RST hole on front panel.

The phonelink does not matter with the firmware, and we have to tell you that not all of the phone can use the phone link function with our unit.
You can also try to reset your phone to check.
If possible, please take a video and upload it to youtube, then send it to us for check.
