Volume problem

Hi,
I have bought this unit: SKU: AS0171B OS: Android 7.1Nougat CPU: Quad Core RAM: DDR3 2GB

I´m using WAZE for navegation and spotify for music. The problem is when WAZE says an indication, the volume of the music goes down (correct), but when It finish, the volume stay at the same level (not always, about >70% times), so after 3 or 4 indications, I cann`t hear the music.

Also, in the same sentence, some parts of the voice are >100 volume, and others parts have the correct volume.

I'm using also RADARDROID to get radad alerts. It works fine always (volume goes down, and later up), and when it says a sentence, it recover the normal volume that waze has put down.

I dont't know if It's a WAZE problem ( I haven't test yet others navigators), a configuration problem, or you have a solution for this.

We didn't find this problem.You can try to re-install the Waze app.More query ,please contact our customer service or write post to support@autopumpkin.com

Sorry, Didn`t know that you were on holidays

I have solve part of the problem unselecting it as navi App.
Now the problem is just when I have 2 voices at the same time (One from waze and other from the radaddroid). When this happen the volume stay lower when both finish, and only recover the normal volume with a new voice from radaddroid, but not with a voice from waze.
Do you have any idea for this?

it doesn't matter.
For the problem that when this happen the volume stay lower when both finish, and only recover the normal volume with a new voice from radaddroid, but not with a voice from waze, we didn't find this problem,so i suggest you reinstall or install other version of waze app.
