USB Debugging - Model S07

Hi. I gather there is no way to get into Developer Options on the Android 5.1.1 unit?

I have tapped on "Build number rk3188-userdebug 27032017.11:28:24" with no luck.

Without Developer Options, how can I debug my own apps on this unit?

I have tried connecting it to Windows with a USB mini cable but Windows isn't even picking up the device.

There is no developer option on our android 5.1 unit.Hope your kind understandings.

OK, I have other means of getting logcat output from the device so I have managed to get my application working.

However - where can I get developer support for this hardware? I have an Android speech recognition application that works on my Samsung S4 and I would like to get it working on the Pumpking S07 also. I need some help in resolving a technical issue. I can provide Android source code example and/or APK for testing purposes.
