New 10.1 Android stereo

I just got the 10.1 stereo from Amazon (112-7866013-8781830). I think this is a PX3 but that does not sound very specific, I found the SKU AS0271B on your website but still not sure the model name is. The stereo was working fine until I tried to configure the steering wheel controls. When I got to the menu for steering wheel controls it is mostly blank with no where to change the settings. In trying to find the setting I went to factory settings > Key settings, I went to panel key settings and it was blank as well. I clicked on cancel and now my buttons along the left do not work, I tried reset and that didn't help. I have done a factory reset from the settings menu and from recovery and the buttons still do not work, I am thinking I might need to flash the firmware but I don't want to use the wrong image file.

Would flashing the firmware set these back to the correct settings? If so what firmware do I need? Also why are the menus blank for both panel and steering wheel controls?

EDIT - I figured out my issues, I had a loose wire in the SCW wiring, and I was trying to set the touch buttons using the panel study not the touch study.

Hi,
For the steering wheel control ,please first check whether your car have a can bus.If yes ,it is useless to set the steering wheel button.If not,you can do referring to the following video,so as to the panel key.

My car is not can bus. The problem is both my SWC and Panel button setup screens are blank as shown in the attached images. At the point in the video where the user pushed the buttons nothing happens on my screen but I also don't have the options available they do I just have reset and save buttons. I think I might need to re-flash my firmware but I don't want to use the wrong image.

I figured out the problem with the steering wheel control were that my SWC ground wire was loose. The touch button not working is because I reset the touch study in trying to figure out the SWC settings and not realizing the touch buttons are programmed in the touch study not the panel study.
