Pumpkin CN01-02204B-08A Not booting - stuck at PUMPKIN logo

Hi,

Recently i bought the pumpkin android car unit [CN01-02204B-08A] from amazon. it worked for a week and i tried to download offline google map. the device got stuck. so i did power down and up the device and it is stuck at "pumpkin" logo.

I tried to enter into recovery mode by downloading the below firmware image to a sd card root location but the nothing comes up on the display except the "pumpkin" logo, some times "Multi-media on-vehicle Navigation System"

======followed the below procedure to recover the unit but no luck======

You need to download the files on the root content of one sd card and insert it into the GPS slot.Then do as the following video.
