Hello, I wasn't able to check order number but hopefully its the same as transaction ID which is 7X454278CU256220B. I bought it on Pumpkin.

WIFI doesn't want to automatically connect unless i repeatedly turn off and on.

Hi,maybe you bought the unit for a long time because i didn't find your transaction ID in our background system.
So could you mind show us the purchase link about your unit ?
About the wifi issue, you can first try to clear up all your wifi connect records.
