SD1 Card not recognized in CN01-02204B

Hello,
I've purchased from autopumpkin.com my head unit (# CN01-02204B with Order #100007343) end of Nov 2017. I received it beginning of December, I've installed and used it happily since the end of December 2017. Now all of the sudden, the SD2 card with music that I had in the unit since December is not recognized anymore when I start the car.
I tried taking it out and putting it back in. The trick worked twice but both times although the card was recognized the music played from the card started stuttering, it's like the card didn't read properly. After stuttering for a couple of minutes it worked fine. Today, the third time, I tried the same trick, taking out the sd card, putting it back but nothing happened. I was thinking that I have a defective card, I tried another SD card, the one that I used in my android phone, formatted FAT32, but the head unit didn't want to recognize it either.

you can try to flash the following firmware.

Please download the files to the root content of one sd card and insert it into the GPS slot.Then enter settings - about devcie - system update.
