Contacts do not Sync with Iphone 6

Hi,

I have a 7.1 Octacore unit and an Iphone 6 connected to it via Bluetooth. Placing and receiving calls works. But when trying to download the contacts it always says "0 contacts downloaded". Any idea why that is?

you can download the contacts both from the phone and the SIM card.You can click both two icon on the left side of the bluetooth page. More query,we hope you can provide us an short video.

my radio/navigation-system neither shows the contacts from my phone.
it does connect via bluetooth easily. play music from bluetooth-app works fine.
i can call someone by entering his number, but my contacts do not show up. neither from the phone or the sim itself.
i have a "redmi note 4".

Please download and unzip the files to the root content of one sd card and insert it into the GPS slot.Then enter settings - car settings - system update.

Yes I clicked the download Icon and then it says that it downloaded 0 Contacts. i use an Iphone 6 with the latest iOS 11.2.6. . My Ordernumber from Autopumpkin is 500003307.

Hi,
when connected the iPhone using Bluetooth, there is a little toggle on the iPhone that says Sync Contacts.You can turn that on.More query,you can contact the customer service where you bought the unit or directly write post to support@autopumpkin.com .
