Some Problems

I have a AS0371B from www.autopumpkin.de ordernumber 500003255.

I have some Problems with this radio.

SD Cards are not recognized on both sdcard slots. I have inserted a 2 GB microsd card formated with fat32 an some musik mp3 on it and i am not possible to play this musik.

USB Stick is not recognized on startup. I have connected a USB Stick formated with fat32 an some musik mp3 on it. When i start the radio then the stick is not recognized. When i plug the stick out and in then its recognized and i am able to play the musik on it.

I am not able to use the contacts from my phone for calling because all contacts ar stored on google accounts or exchange account.
Also ther is not showed a nam on incomming calls.

I am not able to answer and stop calls from the sterringwheel because the buttons are not recognized.


The Radio AP does sometimes not save the last played radiostation and starts with rushing noise from no station.
It also does show the wrong freqenzy to the safed radiostations. Only the small arrow at the top shows the right position.

Please download the files to the root content of one sd card and insert it into the GPS slot.Then enter settings - about devcie - mcu update.
2.For the sd card slot problem,please first check the sd cards is normal .Did the unit find the sd card in the EX files app ?

No I have a new SD Card that works in the SD Card Slot . I have updated the mcu File but the prolem with the wron frequenzy display still appears.

I have testet the SD Card's that does not work in the SD slot with a usb to SD card Adapter on the Tablet and there it works.

The Cards are have all only 1 partition with FAT32 formated.

sorry ,i misunderstood your query. About the wrong frequency display issue, you can flash the following firmware.

Please download and unzip the files to the root content of one sd card and insert it into the GPS slot.Then enter settings - car settings - system update.

I have updated the Firmware but that have not changed anything.

And what is with the other problem ?

Hi I have a problem with my unit from Amazon order number 113-3801247-4334655

Neither of the SD card slots on the front of the unit work. I have tried both with new cards formated to fat32 with no luck. I have tried several cards in both slots and they don't show up at all

Hi,
i understand your meaning now. The firmware i give before should be helpful to solve this issue.Did you flash it successfully.You can check the date number of the build number is 20180120 or not in the system info page.
Our unit doesn't support Google contact app ,hope your kind understandings.

i have flashed now 3 times but still the old version.

is it possible that this are the wrong Files?
