C0363 - VW T5 Bus || Can Bus Decoder

Hi Folks,

I bought the C0363 Radio (amazon nr: 306-6526606-5233162 ) and the C0011 Can Bus Decoder (Amazon Nr. 306-3954147-3717166)

Which Pins of the Can Bus Adaptor shall be connected the the two wires of the VW Can-Bus ?
I want to see all alarms of the VW MFA also on the Radio and the Rear Cam lines moving according to the steering angle.

I also would like to know, how i can update my unit to Android 5.1. Do you have an image for me ?

Hi, normally if the canbus decoder fit both our unit and your car, then it will support all alarms of your car.
About the rear cam lines moving, if you connect the canbus decoder is right, then you can go to the Settings-->Driving settings to choose the Reversing trajectory display on.
You can also send us the picture of your original cable harness, we will check if our special power cable with canbus decoder fit in your car.
About android 5.1, sorry that the factory told us the android 4.4 does not support to directly update to android 5.1.

Hi again. I have connected the can bus decoder to the can bus of my VW T5 (Caravelle, 2003). I don't get reverse signal, no alarms nor moving rear cam lines. Which can bus protocol shall be used for my car ?

Hi, could you please tell us which reverse camera you used? The factory one or the aftermarket one.
Actually the power cable come with the unit had the reverse trigger wire, could you please check it?
If you want to connect the aftermarket reverse camera, you can refer to the below forum to check.

Cause different supplier has some different canbus decoder protocol for VW, and we have the power cable with canbus box for VW, you can buy it from us.
