Is this normal that the files hafe different names

Flashing the system with this files seems to work. Takes about 3 minutes and then the system restarts.
The System version is now V9.2.2_20171025.000456_KED3-5

I have updated the radio and made a video. The Support says that the version is not the new one.

Why hav you not tell me that this is not ok ?

the firmware i gave you before is not the latest now,because recently we update it again .Hope your kind understandings.
I heard the customer service sent you the latest firmware.Any query,you can contact her.
