AL-C0241-US-A Radio not working file update needed

I see that there is an issue with AL-C0241-US-A radio not working after update in 2016. I am in need of the latest file to fix this issue.
The links in other parts of the forum for this file are no longer working.

The problem I have is when I set the date to the current date and time I can no longer open the radio app.
