Won't boot

Hi, finished installing the radio, and the system won't boot. It's stuck on the android logo animation.

Hi, regarding your issue, normally you just need to install the firmware to solve it.
We have contacted the factory to provide the firmware, once we get it, we will send it to you.

Hi, sorry for the late reply.
The factory told us the android 5.1 firmware would be sent to us before this weekend. They are trying to test it and make up the software bug.
Once we get it, we will also check it, if it's with no problem, we will send it to you. Hope you can wait for a few days.
