RQ0278E - Updated phone/bluetooth app?

Is there any update for the phone/Bluetooth app on the RQ0278E?
My version is 2.4.0 but it is not syncing all contacts - I can't resolve the problem.
Even clearing the memory is not possible/enough.

Otherwise the newer versions on new radios look much better and the handling is more comfortable.
Please give me a notice whether there is a new one.

Hi,
sorry there is no update for the bluetooth app.
What is your phone model? If you use iphone,when connected the iPhone using Bluetooth, there is a little toggle on the iPhone that says Sync Contacts.You need to turn that on.

Hi Jammy,

I'm using a Huawei Mate Pro 10, before I was using a Samsung Galaxy S7.
Both phones weren't able to sync all my contacts to the radio.

That's really annoying - but the new radios have a better and smoother app so that's why I'm asking about.
Does somebody know an app for Bluetooth/phone instead of the preinstalled one?

Thanks, this is the original Firmware I already found in this forum.
But here's still the problem - it's just syncing about 20 contacts...

Can I clean the cache of the phone app?
When I delete my phone and connect it again it's the same Problem as before.

Even my ringtone is not playing just the build-in radio ringtone sound.
