Hi Anyone and Everyone

I have the above device which has adopted a few irritating errors. I can't change the amount of time that the radio remains on after I have switched off the ignition. It always switches off after around 10 mins. There are one or two other things along the same line. Would updating the Firmware mend everything?

Hi, could you please tell us if you put out the ignition key? Normally our unit will switch off when you pull out the ignition key, cause the power supply ACC wire of the unit is controlled by the canbus system.

Yes, when I remove the key, the unit automatically switches off. However, when I leave the key in, but turn the ignition off, the radio will remain playing for about 10 minutes. I have altered the settings to allow longer, on the radio unit, but it never changes; always the same 10 minutes. Advice?

Hi, could you please tell us what kind of your car? And would you mind take a video to help us check?
We will try to check if it's the factory default setting or the system fault.
