Several poblems with VW EOS Pumpkin multimedia

Hello, I have a Pumpkin car multimedia for my VW-EOS. Unfortunately I have several issues:

1. After updating my BlackBerry Priv phone to Android 6.0.1 can't make and receive phone calls with my car multimedia. I can connect successfully, can play music, but phone option is disabled. I deleted the device, connected again, but still nothing.

2. Music (mp3) player don't have Shuffle option to mix all songs, this is annoying for smart multimedia.

3. When I turn off and on the multimedia, the SD-card is missing. I need to re-insert the card every time when I turn on the multimedia to see my music and videos.

4. The forecast on the main screen can't update anymore. I was trying to change the City but nothing.

Do you have some software update or other solution for this problems? The first one is most important.

Hi, could you please first tell us your order number or buyer ID?
About the phone option of the bluetooth function on our unit, it maybe not compatible with android 6, you can restore and reset the unit to check.
If possible, would you mind take a video and upload it to youtube, then send the link to us for checking.
The default multimedia come with the unit does not have the shuffle option, but you can download other third party multimedia to use.
You can go to the Settings-->Extra settings to set the play music mode. If you choose "Allowed to play music automatically when USB or SD inserted", then our unit will automatically recognize and play music.
The forecast not working caused by the Yahoo data API port changed, we suggest you download other third party weather app and drag it to the second or third screen to use it, or we can send you the update firmware to delete it.

1. When I connect my phone by Bluetooth the dial-pad and my contacts are available just for 4-5 sec, then they are not active anymore. I can make a video in the next days. What do you mean, to factory reset the unit?

2. I already installed several other Player apps (for shuffle option), but the buttons not work with them, only Volume.

3. The option "Allowed to play music automatically when USB or SD inserted" is ON, but when I turn ON my car and Multimedia the SD-card is missing, I can see only GPS-card. When I re-insert the card it is OK. I can show you this in the video too, next days.

4. forecast is not so important right now comparing to the others major problems.

Also I have some extra power usage in the car, even the multimedia is off.

Before you take a video to show us your problem, you can enter the setting--backup&reset--factory data reset to restore the factory setting, then reset the item to check, just use a sharp thin sticker to press the RST hole on front panel.
Once we get your product details, we can send you the firmware, and you can install it to check.
About the third party multimedia, the buttons on the unit can only work the factory default app, sorry about this.
If you want to use the installed app, you may need to enter the app menu and control it.

Ok, you recommend to update my unit to fix this problems? Do I need some specific tutorial (instructions) how to update or it is usual like any android device.

I have the same issue regarding sd card.

The SD is not mounted after boot. but GPS card is. So I have to reinsert media SD card to get recognized and mounted.

After the update the not working forecast is gone, and I have Shuffle option in Music player, well done! The option for turn off the display for night driving is nice too.

But need to re-insert the SD-card every time to be visible, otherwise the music and videos are not visible. Still can't connect with the phone.

Hi, about the SD card issue, could you please try to use another sd card to check? We also tested the problem with the same kind unit but there was no problem when it was restarted again. Would you mind take a video and upload it to youtube, then send the link to us for checking?
