wi fi connected but no internet

Hi i've just installed your sku: cn10-03304b in my car internet was working great when connected to my home network or mobile phone hotspot but since doing a factory reset on the head unit i can't accsess the internet the unit will connect to my wi fi no problems but i just get web page unavailable i have tried deleting the connection then reconnecting also tried network reset still same problen it seems to me the factory reset has removed or modified some important internet settings as internet was working right up untill the reset please help.

Please download and unzip the files to the root content of one sd card and insert it into the GPS slot.Then enter settings - car settings- system update -external sd .
after few minutes,the unit finish flashing ,enter settings - car settings - extra settings (123456)- model choose page and choose the option "VW(SS)OBD....."
