Cześć.chcialbym mieć pasek start oraz pulpit tak jak na windowsie.czytalem że jakoś można odblokować win Ce ?wygranie softu czy coś? Heeelp

Hi,
sorry i am unable to help you for this issue. Maybe you can try to install other launcher(theme) if yours is android unit.
Any query ,you can contact the customer service where you bought the unit .
