CN10-03304B-01A SD Card slot problem

After 1 month, both SD card slots are not working anymore. SD cards are not seen by the Car Radio...
Any idea?

Hi,
About the sd card isn't recognized by the radio.You can try to solve it follow:
1.confirm that the sd card is under 32GB/64GB and the format is FAT32.
2.after insert the sd card ,you can find it in the ES files app or notice bar . If both not,please first try to change another sd card.
3.Reset the unit.Using a thin stick to click the RST hole to reboot the unit.
4.flash the firmware.
5.contact the customer service where you bought the unit for further solution.

Hello,

I had the same problem with my SD-card readers!

I downloaded the files, flashed my unit like shown in the video.

Now it works fine again with my Musik on the sd card!
