Problem with Google Play app

I just got my unit installed yesterday. I downloaded the a app called Google Play Movies when I try to play a movie from the app the screen comes up with a warning "Playback isn't supported on this device" I've tried clearing cache from both Google play and Google play movies, but I keep getting the same error.

Hi,
sorry that our unit has some compatibility problem with some part of the third party app because most of the third party are created based on the phone android system.However,there are some difference between the phone android system and car stereo system,such as the resolution ratio.Hope your kind understandings.
