No data to apps

Hi Jammy,

I have a PUMPKIN Android 7.1 32GB + 2GB for VW. It has drained my battery, problem is recognized - no switched 12V.
After the recovery I got now no longer data for apps, the device is connected to my wifi as my other devices. It also shows that it is connected. But none of the apps as Google Maps can download any data.
I had push the reset button but it stays at the apps 'no internet connection'. All my other devices get data only the Pumpkin not.

for the issue about the unit drain up your battery,you can solve it referring to this article .

For the wifi issue ,maybe this is caused by the weak wifi signal.You can try to connect to your hotspot from your mobile phone .More query ,you can contact the customer service where you bought the unit.
