I am very worried, because my unit has stopped working well. Suddenly he has stopped receiving GPS signal, he can not find any satellite. I've tried another GPS antenna and there's no signal either. I have tried different Android apps, Gps test Plus ... and it still does not work.

I've reported my problem to Pumpkin support, and I'm waiting for an answer.

Can anyone give any idea why it does not work properly?

finally my unit had a problem, the after-sales service has done a great job. I was reimbursed for the value of the radio and I bought a new one. In its day I decided for Pumpkin, because they spoke wonders of after-sales service. I am very happy to have been successful. Great team work keep it up !!!
