I bought a radio pumpkin 12-C0257 and have some problems with it.

The screen in the main part stops responding but if I raise and lower the volume on the remote control it works well and if I do the movement from top to bottom on the screen it appears the options but the rest of the screen does not respond and the esteiver radio work continues to play and to listen to radio if I reset everything works.

it is possible to send me or send me the original firmware for this radio?

Hi, with respect of your issue, it may have relation with the installed app which caused the system response error.
After you reset the unit, you can enter the settings--backup and reset to restore the factory settings, then check if the problem still happens.
We don't suggest our client flash the unit with the firmware, since it may lead some other problem, hope you can understand.
