Music from USB Device issue

I have a weird issue where I have MP3 music on a 32GB USB drive. When it goes to the next folder (album) the first song starts at about 1:50 in, instead of at the beginning of the song. The rest of the songs in the folder queue and play as expected. Then to the next folder (album) and the first song starts again about 1:50 in. The unit is the Android 7.1 Car Stereo, Octa Core 32GB+ 2GB Double Din DVD CD Player with Bluetooth GPS Navigation 6.2 inch Touch Screen - Support WIFI, MirrorLink, Backup Camera, AUX Input, USB SD, Dash Cam that I purchased from Amazon. I also get an occasional hiccup playing music while driving (quick pause/continues to play).

Is there an update that I need for this unit to correct this issue?

Other apps running at the time are iGo Navigation, DVR, and the default background apps that are built into the unit.

Hi,
you can first try to reset the unit by using one thin sticker to click the RST hole.
If this still doesn't help,you can flash the following firmware.

Please download and unzip the files to the root content of one sd card and insert it into the GPS slot.Then enter settings - car settings - system update.

I loaded the files onto the SD and placed in teh GPS card slot, but the System update doesn't seem to do anything.

sorry that is not the correct files for you. In fact ,your unit is 7 inch and named as CN01-02204.
