CN10-01202B 3G Connection

My CN10-01202B doesn't connect properly to the mobile network. Mobile data is turned on and at the top of the screen, the connection symbol is displayed and shows an active 3G connection. But anyway the system receives no data. A look in the data usage menu shows no data transmission. What's going wrong?

our unit only support wcdma format .Please confirm this first.
More query,you can directly contact the customer service where you bought the unit or write post to support@autopumpkin.com .
You should tell the customer service your order info.
