missing connectors

My KD-C0224 is missing: wire 13/ACC+, wire 14/SWC GND and wire 16/BATT+


There is obviously no way I can proceed connecting my head unit.

PLEASE HELP!

Hi, could you please tell us your order number or buyer ID?
This unit KD-C0224 come with a power cable which have the red ACC wire, yellow battery wire and black ground wire.
I don't quite understood what you mean.
Could you please explain more details about your problem? Did the unit not turn on or the ISO power cable not fit your original connector?
