How to enter recovery mode for RQ0361 ?

Hi, you can try to enter the Settings-->Back up and reset-->Factory date reset to enter in the recovery mode.
Then check if this do some help about the system problem.

Hi,

My head unit is stuck on the boot logo animation and i have this unit since only one week ! So i have to enter in recovery mode in order to reinstall the firmware.
- Could you send a link to download the firmware for this model RQ0361
- Describe exactly how to enter in a recovery mode on turning on because there is no hard button on this model (no Power Button), there is only a reset button

Hi, sorry about this.
There is a micro sd card(named updating file) which come with the package, could you please check it?
You just need to power on the unit, then press the RST hole to enter the recovery mode.
