RQ-0264 Faulty Screen

I received my new car radio today and the screen appears to be damaged. There are streaks and lines throughout (See attached photos)

On image IMG_20160620_111039 You can see this on the bottom of the time on the home screen, also on the navigation and video icons.
On image IMG_20160620_111055 you can see this on the icons for music, video, navigation and photos
On image IMG_20160620_111201 you can see this on the buttons for All, Front, User and Rear.

Please advise how to have this resolved and have this unit exchanged

According to your attached picture, the streaks and lines on the screen is not clear.
Please take a video and upload it to youtube, then send the link to us for checking.
