Pumpkin 02208B not working in ACC.

I installed a new Pumpkin 02208B in my 1999 Ford F350. I can not get it to work in ACC. Works great when the ignition is on but will not power up in ACC. I used the same power source of the stereo I removed and it was working fine for it. Checked with Multi meter and I have power to the unit. Any suggestions?

Hi,
According to your description,our unit works normally.I think when you switch the key to acc position,there is no power or enough 12V power to supply our unit through the red wire.Normally only the red wire and yellow wire both got 12V power ,do the unit start up.
