Update to 5.1 for KD-C0340 - 8 Inch VW Skoda

Hello,

can you please post a link to the 5.1 Firmware for this Unit? Will be very great. Some Apps from Appstore need 5.x and in future it will be more.
If some Options dosn't work any more you can post the 4.4.4 Version also to change back to the old firmware

Hi, I understand some apps need to be installed on the android 5 or 6 system.
But the problem caused by the new android 5.1 firmware which is installed on the android 4.4 will be beyond our control and hardly resolved.
And the factory only provide us the 5.1 firmware for quad core unit.
If you need, we can send you the latest android 4.4 firmware for your unit KD-C0340.

Hi, according to the information you provided, it's the quad core unit.
And the current version on your unit is our latest firmware one.
So we don't have the new android 4.4 firmware for you.

Hi, about the android 5.1 firmware, the factory told us that it's not available on android 4.4 unit, even if it can be installed,the unit will get some irreparable damage on the operation system, hope you can understand.

Hi, you may misunderstood something, the android 5.1 is the upgrade version compared to the android 4.4.
From another forum you mentioned, the client did not get the android 5.1 firmware from us, and the android 4.4 version is already the latest one.
Currently we will not give the android 5.1 firmware to our clients who bought the android 4.4 unit.
If you have problem, you can contact us, we will check and try to give you positive solution.
