Frequency on display and playing radiostation do not match

Hi,
We just installed a Pumpkin CN10-02308B in our motorhome. We see that the radio app does not give the right frequency with the playing radiostation. I read of more people who noticed that. We bought our radio in januar 2018, ordernr is 100007670.

Also our DAB+ antenne does not work properly, We want to use a splitter with the normal FM antenna. What kind of connector has the DAB+ module, it is not an usual one used in Europe.

according to your order, we find your unit is AE0273 not CN10-02308. Could you show me some picture of your wrong radio prequency ,an video will be best?
And also i don't find that you bought an dab+ box from us.Normally the DAB+ works with its own antenna.I don't suggest you use other antenna.

Sorry, my mistake, was a typo, the ordernummer must be 100007470 :

The antenne of the DAB does not work properly, so I want to use a splitter wich goes from the normal build on antenna to both the radio and the DAB+ module. But I can't find a splitter with the right connector for the DAB+ module. If that is'nt possible I would order another DAB+ antenna so I can build a splitter myself.

Hi Jammy,

I have made some photo's, the first shows an AM frequency while the radio plays a FM frequency. The red arrow on the frequencyscale shows the right FM frequency, the digits show the wrong AM frequency. The second shows 87.60 in the digits, but the radio is realy playing Skyradio on 101.00 (the first button with "Skyradio" has the color red).

Antenna may be an mcx connector, but there are at least three different connectors for android dab+ boxes.

You can only use a splitter if the fm aerial isn't amplified, many are.

I have solved the radio/frequency issue with the new firmware 20180120. Give me only the kind of connecter for the Y0251 DAB+ module.

our DAB connector is SMA connector.
If you don't find them,you can consider our customer service to get an new dab antenna.
