Ive been sent a replacement screen and should have it soon.

Will let you know if its an improvement.

UPDATE

I received a replacement screen from the factory and installed it.
Its a different model screen I think.
Its soooo much better the picture is as clear as any other device I have at the same resolution.

This is definitely the screen that this unit should come with day 1...
